We feature Black Angus cattle from Fitch Ranch Artisan Meat Co., a family-owned ranch located on Colorado’s Western slope. Fitch Ranch raises animals with compassion and a strong focus on land stewardship. We source seafood from Japan and select cuts of meat from Australia. Our commitment to best practices and sustainability is evident in every bite.
